Program name: FileMyTRO Messages

Program description: Transactional messages you request, like sign-in links (magic links), account notifications, and case status updates.

Message frequency: Varies based on your activity. You may receive multiple messages in a day during an active case.

Message and data rates may apply.

Support: Reply HELP for help, or contact info@courtnox.com.

Opt out: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for how you use any documents created with the service.
You are responsible for keeping your device, email, and phone number secure.

Magic links and message privacy

We may send sign-in “magic links” by email or text. Anyone who can view your messages may be able to access your account. We are not responsible for damages or losses if another person reads your messages, intercepts a link, or uses your device.
